Shipping Time

Typical delivery time is 8-15 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, local carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on teaware orders. Any available shipping details will be shown before checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to guarantee reshipment or refund.

Damaged Packages

Teaware is fragile, so every order is packed with care. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will help arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
