At Live As Chinese, we want you to feel confident when shopping for Chinese teaware, gifts, and lifestyle products. If your order is not as expected, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all original tags or accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, broken during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged items, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the outer packaging and protective packaging
Once confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items, if clearly marked as non-returnable

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the return is due to our error or shipping damage, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Please use a trackable shipping service when returning items. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or shipping damage.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first. If your exchange request is approved, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order, or we may arrange a replacement depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at care@liveaschinese.com.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return process after receiving the package.
